We’re looking for an experienced BDM with 2–3 years of experience in ERP sales, specifically ERPNext, to drive business growth across India and APAC region. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong regional knowledge and a proven ability to close deals in the ERP space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business for ERP Next implementations.
- Develop region-specific strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Build and manage client relationships across India, MEA & APAC.
- Lead sales cycles: prospecting, demos, proposals, and closing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor ERP solutions.
- Attend industry events and represent the company.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in ERP sales/business development experience required.
- Proven exposure to India and MEA markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in IT consulting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
