We're looking for a driven Growth & Partnerships Executive who's curious about business, loves building relationships, and wants to learn how companies grow.
What You'll Do
- Research industries, markets, and potential business opportunities.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients and strategic partners.
- Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and support the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop growth strategies.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales reporting and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 0–1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with research, networking, and outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
