Timings: 8pm - 5am IST
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Project management:
- Managing Research projects end to end
- Proposal writing
- Questionnaire preparation
- Fieldwork monitoring
- Data checking and report preparation
- Client management on day-to-day work
- Regular updates to internal team on project status
- Worked across various types of quantitative consumer research studies across various categories
Service Delivery:
- Detailed understanding and experience of running full-service market Research projects (Primary marketing research) mainly custom / ad-hoc research
- Understand the market research projects items such as questionnaire, Survey scripts, quota management, data outputs, data checking, cleaning, data Analysis
- Able to work independently throughout the market research project cycle & Manage client delight on deliverables
- Ability to build insights out of data and assist client with data/ insights queries
- Ability to manage client escalations
RFP Management:
- Understanding client request for quotes
- Capabilities and market research understanding for preparing effective quotes for clients
- Answering client questions on RFPs/ quotes with consultative approach
Team Management:
- Managing team members, attendance, attrition, feedback.
- Applying Global Survey’s capabilities and market research understanding for improvising project management skills and improving client relationships
- Proactively approach stake holders of the company and provide business intelligence and discuss further to improve process/business related process
Experience:
Relevant experience of 2 - 5 years from the Market Research industry will be preferred
