- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and key customers.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business development plans.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely achievement of assigned targets.
- Review customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Service, Stores, and Logistics departments for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team.
- Train and mentor new sales executives and provide continuous performance coaching.
- Ensure proper maintenance of customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to Management.
- Ensure strict compliance with Company policies, ethical standards, and statutory requirements.
- Represent the Company at exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings, and business events whenever required.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
