We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive new business acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and expand TGH's footprint across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Integration, Data Engineering, Cloud, IT Staffing, and Digital Transformation services.
- Understand customer challenges and position TGH's solutions as value-driven business outcomes.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition and account expansion.
Partnership & Alliance Development
- Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with consulting firms, technology vendors, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Develop relationships within enterprise IT, consulting, and SaaS ecosystems to generate business opportunities.
- Represent TGH at industry events, conferences, networking forums, and partner engagements.
Sales Outreach & Lead Generation
- Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, webinars, and lead generation initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales engagement to project execution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and key performance indicators.
- Provide regular business updates and reports to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, IT Services Sales, IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, or Partnership Alliances.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of staffing models including permanent, contract, and project-based hiring.
- Experience selling Integration, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation services.
- Existing network within enterprise IT, consulting, or SaaS ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and channel alliances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, CRM platforms, or similar sales tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
