Key Responsibilities
Household & Lifestyle Management
* Deliver world-class butler and concierge-style service to family members and guests.
* Coordinate smooth daily operations across residences, travel locations, and family events.
* Anticipate family preferences, routines, and service expectations with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ensure residences are maintained to luxury hospitality standards at all times.
* Supervise and coordinate household staff, vendors, chauffeurs, chefs, housekeeping teams, and external service providers.
* Manage wardrobe care, packing/unpacking, luxury garment handling, and personal organization for principals when required.
* Oversee table service, formal dining, guest hospitality, and private entertaining.
-Travel & Logistics
* Travel extensively with the family across India and internationally.
* Coordinate itineraries, hotel arrangements, airport transfers, private aviation support, reservations, visas, and travel-related logistics.
* Prepare residences and accommodations ahead of family arrivals.
* Maintain readiness for last-minute travel changes and schedule adjustments.
* Ensure seamless transitions between homes, destinations, and events.
Minimum *8–12 years* of experience as a Butler, Household Manager, or Private Service Professional for UHNW/HNW families, luxury estates, private villas, yachts, or premium hospitality environments.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
