Job Title: Housekeeping Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Room Cleaning
- Clean and maintain guest rooms as per hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Ensure rooms are properly arranged and presentable before guest arrival.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Public Area Maintenance
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the property.
- Guest Service
- Respond politely to guest requests and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain professional behavior and respect guest privacy.
- Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
- Cleaning & Hygiene Standards
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use chemicals safely.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Ensure housekeeping equipment is handled properly and stored after use.
- Room Inspection Support
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisors for room inspections.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks within the required time.
- Inventory & Supplies
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and report shortages.
- Ensure proper use of linen, amenities, and cleaning materials.
- Teamwork & Compliance
- Work effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Follow hotel policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Attend training sessions and daily briefings.
Required Skills:
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good communication and guest service skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
