Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall creative direction and visual identity of TDF Diamonds & Gold.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, retail, and marketing communications.
- Conceptualize and design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, emailers, and advertisements.
- Design print collateral including brochures, catalogues, flyers, standees, banners, hoardings, packaging, and POS materials.
- Plan and execute creative concepts for product launches, festive campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Oversee jewellery product shoots, campaign shoots, model shoots, and video productions from planning to final execution.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, printers, and other external vendors.
- Review, approve, and maintain quality standards for all creative assets before publication or production.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, interns, and external creative agencies.
- Ensure all creative deliverables align with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Oversee website creatives, digital banners, landing pages, and online promotional content.
- Stay updated with industry trends, luxury branding, design innovations, and emerging creative technologies.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, brand guidelines, and marketing materials.
- Continuously improve creative processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall brand presence.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent jewellery photo retouching and image editing skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
