- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation will be preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in CCTV monitoring/NOC operations will be preferred.
- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Advanced Excel, is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and basic networking will be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Personal Attributes: Should be alert, responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling emergency situations effectively.
