Job Description: Executive / Senior Executive – Order Processing & Operations
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to manage end-to-end order processing for D2C and Marketplace channels.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Unicommerce or any Warehouse Management System (WMS), strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end order processing for D2C and marketplace orders.
· Monitor order flow and ensure timely processing, allocation, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
· Work extensively on Unicommerce or any other WMS/OMS for order and inventory management.
· Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Support, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Marketplace teams.
· Monitor order exceptions, cancellations, returns (RTO), and resolve issues.
· Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
· Track logistics performance, courier SLAs, and dispatch timelines.
· Prepare MIS reports and analyse operational data.
· Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
· Ensure SKU mapping and inventory synchronisation across ERP/WMS/marketplaces.
· Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.
Required Skills
· Experience with Unicommerce or any WMS.
· Knowledge of D2C and Marketplace operations.
· Inventory and logistics management.
· Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF formulas).
· Good data interpretation and analytical skills.
· Cross-functional coordination and communication.
· Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Warehouse, or Supply Chain.
· Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, and ERP systems is an advantage.
