Key Responsibilities
* Mobilise funds through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Subordinated Debt (Sub Debt) products
* Develop and maintain relationships with HNIs, business clients, senior citizens, and institutional customers
* Explain investment benefits, tenure, interest rates, risk factors, and repayment structure
* Achieve monthly fund mobilisation targets
* Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities
* Coordinate with branches and marketing teams for lead generation
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance requirements
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
