Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Ensure timely processing of statutory dues -PF/PT/ESIC/LWF and Labor compliance requirements
2. Ensure preparation of Quarterly audit schedules and manage Internal /Statutory audit
3. Liaison with local authorities / labor officers & represent the organization in Compliance related matters
4. Knowledge of Labour laws returns like – monthly, Quarterly, Yearly returns.
5. Provident Fund withdrawal and Transfer procedures and also addressing the issues related to employee Provident fund and Complete Knowledge of ESIC Procedure.
6. Knowledge in Professional Tax returns state wise(Monthly/Annually Returns)
7. Ensuring timely filing of all returns related to Statutory Compliance
8. Knowledge of Labour and other employment related laws.
9. Knowledge of Pan India compliances
10. Return filing under shops & establishment
11. Knowledge of how to do new registration of PF, ESI, PT, LWF and Shop Act(PAN India)
12. Knowledge of Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act etc.
13. Knowledge of new labour codes.

1. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially MS – Excel
2. Proficient with any statutory and labour compliance
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving & time management skills
5. Good communication skills
