We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will source, screen, and hire top-tier talent to meet our growing business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source andidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified profiles.
- Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools and methods.
- Coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain database accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-1 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter. Freshers are welcomed to apply.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with ATS software and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and decision-making capabilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
