What we are looking for?
We are seeking a proactive, Knowledgeable and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our Distribution team in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong existing network of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and will be responsible for providing tailored investment solutions across a wide range of equity and wealth products, driving business growth, and maintaining high standards of client service.
What you will be responsible for?
- HNI Client Acquisition & Retention: Leverage existing HNI relationships to acquire new clients, while nurturing and expanding the current client portfolio.
- Product Offering & Advisory: Offer comprehensive investment solutions, including Mutual Funds (MFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Bonds, and IPOs.
- Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets regarding AUM growth, revenue generation, and product mix as assigned by the organization.
- Portfolio Management: Provide proactive financial advice, conduct portfolio reviews, and rebalance investments based on market conditions and client risk appetite.
- Relationship Building: Develop deep, trusting relationships with clients to enhance wallet share and ensure long-term retention.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI regulations, KYC norms, and internal policies governing the financial services.
- Networking & Promotion: Participate in networking events, seminars, and workshops to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
