You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in processes and technologies. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
