Qualification: Graduate in Food Technology
Experience: 1 to 2 years experience
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and audits. Prepare reports on quality metrics, non-conformance incidents, and corrective actions taken. Provide regular updates to QA Executive/HOD.
- Training and Education: Conduct training programs for employees on quality assurance procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety guidelines. Promote a culture of quality awareness and ensure employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Conduct Personnel Hygiene checks
- Monitor housekeeping activity in a shift
- Conduct Laboratory analysis of other resources like Effluent, RO water, Processed water, Steam, Briquettes etc.
- Monitor QA related activity like printing checks, calibrations of measuring instruments, FIFO etc in Packing section, Cold storages and during Dispatches.
- Assist QA executive in a shift related to QA activities
