Job Summary:
As a Sales Trainee at myG, you will be responsible for driving sales at our showroom helping walk-in customers, recommending products, and closing transactions. Your main goal is to meet sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, contributing to the growth of myG’s retail business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum education: 12th pass (Plus Two) or any degree. Freshers can apply especially if they have good communication and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills —able to engage customers, understand needs, and present products clearly.
- Good product knowledge, especially of electronics, gadgets, mobile phones, laptops or willingness to learn.
- Customer-oriented mindset: service-focused attitude, patience, positive and energetic personality.
What We Need From You:
- 12th pass or any graduate degree (freshers welcome)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Interest in electronics / gadgets / customer-facing retail
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude, energetic, customer-centrism, ability to work shifts if needed
