Lady Warden – Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for students in their allotted hostel blocks.
- Maintain discipline, order, and a comfortable living environment within the hostel.
- Address student concerns and mediate issues such as noise disturbances, behavioral matters, and disputes, reporting to management when required.
- Assist with the admission, orientation, and settling-in of new residents.
- Maintain student records and prepare reports to help identify areas requiring attention.
- Respond to on-site emergencies outside regular hours, including room lockouts, maintenance issues, and other urgent situations.
- Coordinate student transportation between the hostel and institute as required.
- Provide relevant student-related information to management when needed.
- Build a positive rapport with students while offering guidance, support, and supervision.
- Manage daily responsibilities effectively with good time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
