Who are we looking for?
We are specifically looking for 3–5 years of relevant experience in the *Bakery / Food Ingredients industry, with strong exposure to HORECA, QSR, Bakeries & Institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop new business opportunities across bakeries, patisseries, QSRs & institutions
✔ Build & maintain strong customer and distributor relationships
✔ Drive sales targets, revenue growth & market expansion
✔ Promote bakery ingredients, creams & specialty products
✔ Coordinate product demonstrations & trials with technical/culinary teams
✔ Track market trends, competitors & customer preferences
✔ Ensure timely collections and smooth order fulfillment
What You Bring
* Graduate; MBA preferred
* 3–5 years of relevant Bakery / Food Ingredients sales experience
* Strong HORECA / QSR / Bakery market exposure
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills
* Strong business development and relationship management abilities
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
CTC: ₹6–8 LPA, depending on current CTC, experience & suitability.
