- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of carbon-based products.
- Set up machines and ensure proper calibration before starting production.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of machines.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Maintain proper records of production output and machine performance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing unit (preferably in carbon or chemical-based industries).
- Knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and understand production schedules and work instructions.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.
- 8 hrs plus 4 hr over time compulsory.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor machine issues.
- Familiarity with production documentation and record-keeping.
