Job Title: Junior Site Engineer- WATERPROOFING / CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS
Overview : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer for our Waterproofing and Engineering works ,to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage labor, and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and up to quality standards. This is a 100% on-site role that requires strong communication and technical execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Execution
- Supervise daily on-site tasks and labor to ensure projects progress according to the timeline.
- Coordinate seamlessly with laborers, Project Managers (PMs), and senior engineers to maintain smooth workflow and communication.
- Monitor labor efficiency and immediately report any labor-related issues to the PM.
Technical Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain precise site logs, physical notes, site drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Provide accurate site measurements for progress tracking and billing.
- Ensure all required hard copies of work orders, certified methodologies, and checklists are strictly followed on-site.
Quality Control, Material & Asset Management
- Ensure standard operating methodologies are implemented correctly, adapting them only after official approvals.
- Communicate material requirements proactively to the Project Manager to avoid downtime.
- Oversee the upkeep and routine maintenance of site machinery and equipment.
- Strictly enforce all site-related safety guidelines and protocols.
Routine Breakdown (What Your Schedule Looks Like)
- Daily: Supervise labor, track execution progress, coordinate material needs with the PM, and resolve immediate site issues.
- Weekly: Provide accurate site measurements and align with the PM and CEO during project update meetings.
- Bi-Weekly & Need-Basis: Conduct manual reporting and audit project documentation (work orders, checklists, and methodologies).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
