- Coordinate with walkin customers, understand their requirements close the deal for booking.
- Handling collection part for each booking and support the customer for banking or self finance process.
- Coordinate with banker to get the sanction letter on time to execute the agreement and collect the documents which is signed by customer for releasing the funds with out any delay time.
- Coordinate with Customer Care team for customer modification and ensure to complete the requirements on time without any delay, thereby handholding the customer till the handover of the particular flat with customer satisfaction.
- Handling queries or complaints and communicate it to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Maintain the NOC document, Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture.
- Managing meeting room availability.
- Issuing TDS Receipt, Helping Customers to navigate through an office and providing them with some Refreshments.
- Bank Document preparation.
- Flow up with bankers and collect the payment on the time
