El Bharat Properties is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property investments, conducting site visits, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends and property inventory.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- 0–1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, or EdTech Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
