About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM with sales activities and customer information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, or SaaS Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Sales is an advantage.
