About the Role
Improx Technology Private Limited is looking for an experienced International Business Development Executive who has worked with clients in the US, Canada, UK, or Europe and possesses strong lead generation and outbound sales experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling or generating leads for services such as:
- Market Research
- SaaS Solutions
- Managed IT Services
- Back Office Services
- Demand Generation
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- BPO/KPO Services
Experience: 2+ Years (Minimum 1 Year Mandatory in International Sales/Lead Generation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Identify decision-makers and schedule meetings with potential clients across North America and Europe.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and sales opportunities.
- Perform regular follow-ups and nurture prospects until conversion.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales trackers.
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly revenue and lead generation targets.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in International B2B Sales or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience targeting North America (US/Canada) and/or European markets.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Outreach, Cold Calling, and Prospect Research.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience generating appointments, qualified leads, or business opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM OR 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
