Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and support digital marketing activities across our e-commerce brands. The role will be responsible for marketplace advertising, influencer marketing, social media growth, performance reporting, and coordination with our external marketing agency.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce advertising, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce PPC Advertising
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures to improve performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing agency to improve advertising effectiveness.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and connect with relevant influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, product dispatches, and campaign execution.
- Track influencer performance and campaign ROI.
- Maintain influencer databases and collaboration records.
Social Media Growth
- Work with the marketing agency to increase social media followers and engagement.
- Monitor content performance and audience growth.
- Assist in planning campaigns, collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Track engagement metrics and growth trends.
Marketing Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with the external marketing agency on campaign execution and deliverables.
- Review reports and provide feedback.
- Ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Support implementation of new marketing initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain marketing dashboards and trackers.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations.
- Present insights on advertising, influencer campaigns, and social media growth.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce marketing.
- Must have at least 2 years experience managing Amazon and Flipkart Advertising and marketplace PPC campaigns.
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads.
- Familiarity with Flipkart Ads and marketplace advertising.
- Understanding of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Experience with influencer marketing and social media growth.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 per month based on PPC performance, influencer campaign execution, social media growth, and reporting quality.

- Achievement of ACOS/TACOS and ROAS targets.
- Growth in advertising sales.
- Successful influencer collaborations.
- Social media follower growth and engagement.
- Timely and accurate reporting.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
