Responsibilities:
- Monitor billing staff attendance and adjust staffing as needed.
- Process WhatsApp orders with accurate billing, packing, and timely delivery.
- Manage customer point redemption process.
- Verify and finalize sales returns/exchanges.
- Oversee creation and management of customer loyalty cards.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings for operations, issue resolution, and updates.
- Notify staff of pending bills, manage payment discrepancies, and document transactions.
- Notify team of billing mistakes and coordinate corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in billing, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in billing systems.
- Leadership skills to supervise and motivate a team.
