We're Hiring: In-Charge Pharmacy
Location : Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Muvattupuzha
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacy Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital pharmacy. The role involves ensuring efficient medication management, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and supervision of pharmacy staff to support high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall pharmacy operations, including dispensing, storage, and procurement of medicines
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor stock to prevent shortages or expiries
- Supervise and guide pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and assistants
- Implement quality control measures for safe medication practices
- Maintain proper documentation and records (billing, stock, narcotics, etc.)
- Ensure proper storage conditions as per drug requirements
- Conduct regular audits and reporting to management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in hospital pharmacy management (IVF or specialty hospital experience preferred)
- Valid Pharmacy Council registration
- Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
