Role Overview
Protegk Fire Secure Technologies LLP is a fast-growing, technology-driven organization specializing in MEP solutions, Fire Protection systems, and advanced Security technologies for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects across India. We deliver end-to-end solutions from design and engineering to execution focused on quality, safety, and innovation, while leveraging smart technologies like IoT and automation.
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head – MEP Division to drive business growth and lead our sales function. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, building strategic client relationships, and securing high-value projects across sectors. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining sales strategy, leading teams, and aligning business goals with revenue growth, while positioning Protegk as a trusted partner in MEP and fire safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Business Development
· Identify and develop new business opportunities
· Build relationships with builders, consultants, architects, and PMC companies
· Generate leads through networking and market intelligence
Sales Strategy & Execution
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
· Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and budgets
· Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead → closure)
Client Relationship Management
· Maintain strong relationships with key clients
· Handle key accounts and high-value negotiations
· Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Tendering & Contracts
· Oversee tender participation (government & private)
· Review BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial bids
· Coordinate with estimation and project teams
Team Leadership
· Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
· Set KPIs and targets
· Conduct performance reviews and training
Market Intelligence
· Track competitors and pricing trends
· Identify new business segments (EHS, ESG, smart solutions)
Key Requirements
Education:
· Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)
· MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred)
· 10–18 years in MEP / construction / industrial sales
· Proven track record in large-value project sales
· Strong industry network
Skills:
· Strong negotiation & closing ability
· Technical understanding of MEP systems
· Leadership and team management
· Excellent communication & presentation skills
· Strategic thinking and execution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per year
