Real Property Commercial is looking for a Sales / Leasing Manager to join our growing commercial real estate team.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong career in Commercial Real Estate, work with senior decision makers and gain significant exposure to the market.
ROLES AND RESPONCIBILITIES
- Handle sales & leasing of commercial properties including office spaces, retail spaces and other commercial assets
- Identify and connect with companies, corporates, investors and business owners looking for commercial spaces
- Manage property presentations, client meetings and site visits
- Present commercial properties professionally and communicate their commercial value, location advantages and investment potential
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, Directors, Promoters and Business Owners
- Develop a strong corporate client network and generate repeat/referral business
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the transaction
- Handle and build strong client relationships
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations & site visits
- Drive negotiations and close sales/leasing deals
- Take ownership of the complete client journey from first conversation to deal closure
