- Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of restaurant equipment and utilities
- Handle preventive maintenance of machines and facilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform timely repairs
- Coordinate with management for maintenance planning
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in maintenance / technical field
- Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment maintenance
- Experience in hotel or restaurant maintenance preferred
- Ability to handle emergency maintenance issues
