- Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

Revenue & Profitability Management
- Manage business performance and financial objectives.
- Monitor revenue, margins, operating costs, and overall profitability.
- Develop plans to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Sales Channel Management
- Oversee business performance across:
- E-commerce marketplaces
- Quick commerce platforms
- Direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels
- Modern trade accounts
- General trade networks
- Export business operations
- Work with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales targets.
- Develop channel-specific growth strategies.
Operations & Supply Chain
- Support efficient inventory planning, order fulfillment, logistics, and distribution.
- Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, supply chain, and customer service teams.
Team Leadership
- Lead and support cross-functional teams.
- Establish clear performance goals and expectations.
- Coach and develop team members to support business objectives.
- Promote collaboration and accountability across departments.
Customer & Market Focus
- Monitor customer feedback and business performance metrics.
- Support initiatives that improve customer experience and retention.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience
- 12+ years of experience in business management, sales leadership, or commercial operations.
- Experience working in consumer brands, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or related industries.
- Experience managing multiple sales channels, including online and offline business operations.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management.
