Responsibilities:
- Telecalling existing and potential customers
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects
- Promote and explain company products and services
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Maintain customer records and update Excel reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships
