We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, student enrollments, and market presence through integrated 360° marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies to increase student admissions and brand awareness.
Create annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with enrollment targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student behavior.
Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms, content marketing, and online reputation.
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Oversee SEO, website performance, email marketing, and lead nurturing activities.
Track and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Student Lead Generation & Admissions Support
Design and execute lead-generation campaigns for courses and programs.
Work closely with the admissions team to improve lead conversion rates.
Monitor and manage the complete student acquisition funnel.
Brand & Communication Management
Ensure consistent branding across online and offline platforms.
Develop promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Manage public relations, media communications, and institutional branding initiatives.
Events & Outreach Programs
Plan and execute educational seminars, workshops, school visits, career fairs, and admission campaigns.
Coordinate campus events, open houses, and student engagement activities.
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational stakeholders.
Team & Vendor Management
Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Coordinate with agencies, designers, content creators, and media partners.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
4–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the education, training, EdTech, or service sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead-generation strategies.
Experience in managing admission-focused campaigns is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
