Position Overview
We are looking for hardworking and disciplined Helpers for our Oil & Gas / Industrial Gas operations. The candidate will assist technicians, operators, and maintenance staff in daily plant activities, material handling, cylinder movement, housekeeping, and general operational support while following all safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist operators and technicians in daily plant operations.
- Support loading, unloading, and movement of gas cylinders/materials.
- Help in maintenance and production activities as instructed by supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in plant and work areas.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and segregation of materials/cylinders.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE during work.
- Support manpower during shutdowns, breakdowns, and operational activities.
- Handle tools and equipment carefully.
- Report unsafe conditions or leakages immediately to the supervisor.
- Perform any other plant-related work assigned by management.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of industrial or plant work environment.
- Physically fit for manual handling and operational support activities.
- Ability to work in shifts and outdoor plant conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Educational Qualification
- 10th / 12th Pass preferred.
- ITI candidates will be given preference.
Experience
- Fresher or minimum 0–2 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial Gas, Manufacturing, or Plant operations preferred.
