Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and growth-oriented Graphic Designer who possesses strong visual storytelling skills and has the curiosity to learn and contribute across Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and should be passionate about creating compelling visual content across digital and offline platforms. Beyond designing creatives, the individual should demonstrate ownership, initiative and a willingness to learn emerging marketing trends, customer engagement strategies and digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow from being a designer into a well-rounded Brand & Digital Marketing professional. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Development ∙Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. ∙Create visually appealing promotional campaigns for products, offers, festivals and seasonal launches. ∙Design marketing collaterals including brochures, standees, flyers, banners, posters, catalogues, packaging inserts and in-store branding materials. ∙Develop website banners, landing page creatives and email marketing visuals. ∙Create packaging artwork and branding creatives for Fresh Aisle and its in-house brands. ∙Design presentations for internal and external stakeholders. ∙Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels. ∙Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, fonts and design libraries. Social Media & Content Support ∙Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize engaging social media campaigns. ∙Create visual storytelling content including reels, carousel posts and promotional videos. ∙Assist in content planning and monthly social media calendars. ∙Design engaging creatives that improve customer engagement and brand recall. ∙Support influencer collaborations by developing campaign creatives and promotional assets. ∙Work closely with photographers and videographers during product shoots and café shoots. Digital Marketing Support The individual should possess a learning mindset and actively participate in digital marketing initiatives, including: ∙Understanding Meta Ads creatives. ∙Assisting in Google Ads creative requirements. ∙Supporting email marketing campaigns. ∙Basic SEO understanding for image optimization. ∙Website content updates. ∙Landing page creative support. ∙Performance marketing creative optimization. ∙Customer engagement campaigns. ∙CRM campaign creatives. ∙WhatsApp marketing creatives. ∙Marketplace promotional creatives. Brand Development ∙Translate business ideas into visually impactful communication. ∙Maintain premium visual standards aligned with Fresh Aisle's brand positioning. ∙Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, launches and customer experiences. ∙Ensure all creative outputs reflect innovation, freshness and premium quality. ∙Contribute ideas for enhancing customer engagement through design thinking. Cross Functional Collaboration ∙Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Category Management, Café Team and E-Commerce teams. ∙Coordinate with external agencies, printers and production vendors whenever required. ∙Support new product launches with complete creative requirements. ∙Collaborate during events, exhibitions and brand activations.
