Job Title: Telecaller – Solar Lead Generation Location: Nandyal, AP Industry: Solar Energy / Renewable Energy Employment Type:Full-Time Experience:1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply) About the Role We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to generate qualified leads for rooftop solar installations under the Government of India’s Ministry of New and Renewable Energy PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and commercial/industrial solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for telle calling, customer education, lead generation, and coordinating with potential residential clients for solar installation opportunities. The PM Surya Ghar scheme provides subsidies for rooftop solar systems and aims to promote solar adoption across India. Key Responsibilities 1. Generate qualified residential solar leads under PM Surya Ghar Yojana 2. Explain solar benefits, subsidy details, ROI, and electricity savings to customers 3. Collect customer documents and electricity bill details 4. Maintain daily lead and follow-up reports 5. Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets 6. Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and local awareness drives
Requirements 1. Good communication skills in Telugu, and basic English/ Hindi 2. Experience in sales, telecom, banking, insurance, or solar industry preferred 3 Basic understanding of electricity bills and rooftop solar is an advantage 4.
