Supporting transformation initiatives by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical projects is a key aspect of daily activities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business and technology stakeholders on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles and practices.
