Essbase & Data Services Support Engineer
Role Summary
Experienced Essbase & Data Services Support Engineer responsible for end-to-end support of Essbase applications, .NET-based UI systems, SQL Server databases, and Azure infrastructure. Ensures high availability, performance, and data integrity across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Essbase & Data Services Support
- Provide end-to-end support for Oracle Essbase / Hyperion Planning applications
- Perform data loads, metadata management (SQL-based), and cube maintenance
- Manage quarterly rollovers and reporting (contract & recap publication)
- Support application servers (service restarts, security configurations, issue resolution)
`SQL Database Administration
- Administer and maintain SQL Server databases
- Perform performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization
- Ensure data availability, security, and integrity
- Configure and maintain database processes and environments
Required Skills
- Oracle Essbase / Hyperion Planning
- SQL Server DBA (performance tuning, monitoring)
- Application server support and troubleshooting
