Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and staff documentation.
- Supervise daily administrative operations and office management.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure discipline and punctuality.
- Resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and salon SOPs.
- Support management with operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR/Admin experience preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,282.30 per month
