Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day service operations in the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest experiences.
- Supervise and train junior stewards and service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow during peak hours.
- Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are served accurately and on time.
- Assist in inventory management of tableware, linens, and other service supplies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a steward or in a relevant hospitality role, preferably in a senior position.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
