SAP HANA / SAP Consultant – Job Description (Multiple Modules)Role Summary
Location - Hyderabad , Pune , Bangalore and Gurugram
We are hiring experienced SAP professionals across multiple modules for implementation, support, and enhancement projects in enterprise environments. Candidates will be assigned to relevant SAP domains based on expertise and project requirements. The role involves working on end-to-end SAP business processes, system optimization, reporting, and client support in a dynamic global delivery environment.
Available SAP Modules / Positions
Candidates may be considered for any of the following SAP roles:
1. SAP MM (Materials Management)
Experience: 4–10+ years
- End-to-end procurement cycle (PR, PO, GR, IR)
- Vendor management, sourcing, and contract handling
- Inventory management, stock transfers, and valuation
- Material master data creation and maintenance
- Integration with SAP FI for invoice verification
- Handling MRP, consignment, subcontracting processes
2. SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
Experience: 4–10+ years
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle management
- Sales order processing, delivery, and billing
- Pricing configuration, discounts, and rebates
- Credit management and risk assessment
- Customer master data and contract handling
- Invoice generation and revenue tracking
3. SAP ABAP (Technical)
Experience: 4–12+ years
- ABAP development for reports, interfaces, enhancements
- Object-oriented ABAP (OOPs) programming
- BADI, BAPI, User exits, Enhancements
- SmartForms, Adobe Forms, ALV reporting
- Performance tuning and debugging
- Integration with SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, HANA)
4. SAP S/4HANA / SAP HANA
Experience: 4–12+ years
- S/4HANA implementation and migration projects
- CDS Views, HANA Modeling, AMDP procedures
- SQL scripting and data modeling in HANA
- Real-time analytics and reporting solutions
- Performance optimization and data architecture
- Fiori applications support and enhancements
5. SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)
Experience: 4–12+ years
- General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Month-end and year-end closing activities
- Bank reconciliation and financial reporting
- Cost center, profit center, and internal orders
- Asset accounting and financial controls
- SAP FI integration with MM & SD modules
6. SAP Analytics / Reporting
Experience: 4–10+ years
- MIS reporting and dashboard development
- SAP Analytics Cloud / Power BI / Tableau integration
- Data extraction, transformation, and validation
- KPI tracking and business performance reporting
- SQL-based reporting and data analysis
- Automation of reporting workflows
7. SAP BASIS (System Administration)
Experience: 4–12+ years
- SAP system installation, configuration, and upgrades
- Transport Management System (TMS) administration
- User administration and authorization management
- System monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Patch management and system backups
- Landscape management (DEV, QA, PROD)
8. SAP Security & GRC
Experience: 4–10+ years
- Role design and authorization management
- User access control and compliance monitoring
- Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis
- Security audits and risk mitigation
- GRC Access Control implementation
- Incident and access request management
Required Skills (Common for All Roles)
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
- End-to-end understanding of business processes
- Ability to handle tickets, enhancements, and production support
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, Engineering, MBA)
- SAP certification in relevant module (preferred)
- Experience in implementation/support projects
- Exposure to global clients or multi-country operations
Experience Levels
- Associate Consultant: 2–4 years
- Consultant: 4–7 years
- Senior Consultant: 7–10 years
- Lead / SME: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance SAP business processes in assigned module
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues
- Participate in UAT, testing, and deployment activities
- Work with business users for requirement gathering
- Improve system efficiency and process automation
- Ensure compliance with SLA and project timelines
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
