We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, engage prospective customers, schedule meetings, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets through outbound calling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively Identify and qualify potential cybersecurity sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media (Google, LinkedIn, etc) and other channels.

Reach out to prospective customers and introduce company services.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Schedule meetings, product demos, and discussions for the sales team.

Follow up regularly with leads to drive conversions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.

Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.

Prepare and share sales activity reports as needed.
Industry Preference: IT Services / Technology / Cybersecurity (preferred)

2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-calling, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Confident in handling outbound calls and customer interactions.

Target-oriented with good persuasion and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
