Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-oriented Business Development Executive to drive the promotion and sales of our solar epc solutions. The role involves proactive lead generation, engaging with prospective clients, and consistently achieving sales targets through effective field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market surveys, field visits, customer referrals and networking.
- Prospect and engage residential customers for rooftop solar solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand energy requirements and present suitable solar solutions, highlighting financial, and environmental benefits.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, cost estimates, and ROI analyses to prospective customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, address customer concerns, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referral opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, site visits, and sales activities in CRM systems and submit periodic sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, government policies, and solar incentive programs to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, industry events, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and post-sales support.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (solar/energy industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Basic understanding of solar products is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
