- Lead, supervise, and motivate the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor team performance and ensure service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve complex issues promptly and professionally.
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Monitor call, email, and chat quality to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer service operations.
