Key Responsibilities – Physiotherapist
- Assess patients and identify their physical, functional, and mobility-related conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other physiotherapy interventions.
- Monitor and document patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and their attendants on exercises, posture, mobility, and home-care programs.
- Assist patients in improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient treatment records and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain physiotherapy equipment and ensure proper usage and safety.
- Participate in patient education programs, training activities, and quality-improvement initiatives.
- Handle patients professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Salary: Rs.18000/- to Rs.20000/-
