Yakshna Technologies seeking an experienced Proposal Writer (Freshers) development, writing, and submission of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, technical write-ups, and client presentations. The ideal candidate must be adept at understanding client requirements, collaborating across departments, and producing compelling, compliant, and persuasive proposals that increase our win rate.
Required Skills
· Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive, structured, and high-quality content.
· Strong understanding of government and corporate procurement processes.
· Ability to translate complex technical information into reader-friendly content.
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
· Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and proposal formatting.
· Familiarity with proposal tools, templates, and industry-standard writing frameworks.
· Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
· Ability to work independently and lead proposal efforts with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mannivakkam, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
