MillD is reimagining everyday staples with cleaner ingredients, better nutrition, and complete transparency.
We're looking for a proactive B2B Partnerships Executive to drive brand collaborations and strategic partnerships for MillD. You'll identify opportunities, build relationships, and help expand MillD's presence across brands, communities, events, and corporate networks.
What You'll Do
- Identify and onboard brand partnership opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with partner brands and stakeholders
- Execute co-branded campaigns, giveaways, and activations
- Explore corporate gifting, employee wellness, and bulk order opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and operations teams for seamless execution
- Negotiate partnership terms and deliverables
- Track partnership performance and prepare reports
- Represent MillD at events, networking opportunities, and industry meetups
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, influencer marketing, or brand collaborations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outreach, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Passion for consumer brands, food, wellness, and startups is a plus
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
