Purpose of the Role
The Business Development Officer is responsible for promoting the organization’s training programs and generating high-quality leads and walk-ins of learners interested in enrolling in the programs. The role supports the training center in achieving enrollment and inception targets through effective mobilization, marketing, and outreach activities.
Key Deliverables
- Promote the organization’s training programs to potential learners and communities.
- Generate high-quality leads and drive walk-ins to the center for enrollments.
- Achieve lead generation and walk-in targets.
- Counsel prospective learners on available training programs and support their enrollment.
- Achieve assigned enrollment targets.
- Conduct marketing and sales activities to drive program awareness and revenue for the center.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit institutes, colleges, and youth localities in nearby areas to create awareness about training programs through presentations, demos, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Generate and maintain a strong learner lead database for current and future enrollments.
- Mobilize potential learners from nearby villages and localities and guide them to visit the center for counseling and program details.
- Counsel prospective learners about training programs and facilitate the enrollment process.
- Coordinate regularly with the Center Manager, Trainers, and Counsellors to understand training content and address learner queries effectively.
- Identify and develop network partners and local influencers who can support mobilization and awareness activities in nearby villages and towns.
- Plan and execute marketing activities in coordination with the Center Manager.
- Ensure that all leads are shared daily with the Counsellor and Center Manager through CRM tools or communication channels such as Lead Square or WhatsApp.
- Submit all enquiry forms and lead details to the concerned team members on a daily basis.
- Support center operations when required in the absence of the Center Manager or Counsellor.
Approach
- Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs and timelines for all deliverables.
- Proactively identify potential target areas for mobilizing learners.
- Engage and influence potential learners to visit the center for further counseling and program information.
- Promote training programs across colleges, institutes, and youth communities.
- Continuously analyze lead sources and develop effective mobilization strategies.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
