- Software Engineer (PHP)Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer (PHP) with 5 to 8 years of experience in web application development. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Experience with PostgreSQL, CodeIgniter, and Yii2 will be an added advantage.
The candidate should be a self-motivated professional with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of developing scalable applications, optimizing performance, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance PHP-based web applications using the Laravel framework.
- Design, develop, and manage MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define, design, and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless system integration and data exchange.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in PHP and web development.

- Relevant certifications in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
